I know this vehicle very well and have worked on it on many occasions when it was owned by the previous owner here in Brisbane. The vehicle was put off the road in Queensland by the department of transport, never to be registered in Queensland again. Too many pictures in magazines doing burnouts on public roads. The mural on the bonnet is a reproduction of the original as the bonnet was repainted several years ago, but is pretty close to the original. It was damaged pretty heavily during the making of the movie but they repaired doing a bloody good job. The mate only paid in the mid $30s for it when he bought it.

Yeah I was there when Mark sold the Fox Dodge to the guy in Brisbane (a Trucking tycoon from memory..is that right Craig?)...that's what I thought the new price has gone through the roof!! $30 Grand was a lot of dough back then!!.........how times have changed! And the new bonnet mural is MUCH better than the original..I never liked it :?

Its a cool car and considering what people are paying for production type muscle cars with no history is probably worth it.

Yep thats right Sputzwagon it was the boss's son who bought it, he spent a motza on it after he bought it, we rebuilt the engine and the front suspension in the workshop, He took it the the summernats a couple of times. He sold it to the fella in WA.
