Re: Panel Van Lower Tailgate Rubber

Re: Panel Van Lower Tailgate Rubber
Hi Bootlegger.
One would imagine that the panelvan would have to have one.. otherwise the occupants would have got fumigated !!!
My panno has one on it. It has the usual holes every 150mm apart similar to the top tailgate.
The rubber on the EH looks more like chunks of charcoal all hanging on the ...

Re: fb ek pano sunvisor
Hi Mick..
Yep your right. The pannos have 2 brackets on the FB/EKs and are "steeper " to suit the different shaped turret above the windscreen. Sedans have a flatter roof line
I am chasing 1 bracket to suit an EH panno sunvisor.. I think ... just by looking at the roof lines the EH panno is a lot ...

Re: Smith beehive demister parts
Hi Theo..
There was a bee hive heater with dash vents and the bit I am chasing on ebay a few weeks back.. forgot to bid... sold for $60.00
Will probably end up making one out of a vacumn cleaner nozzle :laughinggg:
I have a complete heater box out of a HR I reckon I could butcher up and fit up ...

Celica 5 speed front yoke
Yo..
Chasing a front slip yoke.. or a complete tailshaft modded to suit a Celica/supra cast iron 5 speed box into EH ???
Not sure if they are the same length as FB/EK modded shaft??
Also chasing a EH Prem heater. don't need console and switch... just the heater box with all fittings would be good ...

Hi newby.
The wiring is even simpler, if you're using a modern alternator with an built-in regulator. These were fitted to all Holdens HJ & later.
Unwrap the harness between the old reg & gen & follow this.
The only 3 wires that matter are:-
1. The thin brown wire that goes inside to the dash ...
