thanks for the advice, I contacted Dan, he was a great help. I decided not to get this one as there were a couple of complications,still on the lookout for an FB or EK, and now know what i am in for!

I am south of river and no it was not licensed with the red before, its been out of action for quite a while.
i am wondering if the engineer says its OK and then when I put the modification application in, it gets knocked back or i have to add collapsable steering and dual brake system ...
