just starting on my FB ute and have to replace the floor and trans tunnel. I was thinking of making it flat and looking at the job that you have done i will be going the same way. love the job you are doing looking forward to more posts. :thumbsup:

Yes I am thinking of using the by wiring harness.
Have been busy at work so not much on the ute. Got some more paint striped off and found more doggy work.

Been a busy the last month haven't had any time for the poor old girl. So today I made some time and finished striping the rear passengers side quarter. Can I just say the last person that did the body work on the ute spent more money on bog then they would have buying a gold plated set of hammers ...

Yes I have removed the inner panels and I reckon you can get ok access to the dent. Don't see why you wouldn't have done that instead of using so much bog.

Had some ute time today and found lots more bog. This photo is from passengers side behind the door. One big dent.

Started work on the ute today. The last owner must have brought bog in 20kg tubs.
Passages door. Nearly 1/2 inch thick in places.

there is a very nice gold EK on the fourm that i have been look at for a few years now and he has pleanty of good idears and grate photos of his build.

The old girl has a 202 red and 5 speed toyota box in it. The photo is from about two years ago it needs a lot of rust cutting out. Living in Darwin i wont A/C as one of the main things.

Yes they are differant. Where the grill bars sit is in the wrong place and i think the bottom of the gard at the front where the apron bolts on is a differant shape.

Try using a die grinder. I had the some problem when fitting my gemini brake buster in the FB.
