Apologies for not posting this earlier - I just realised I never actually posted it as requested!
Cheers,
Aaron.
Let me know what you want - and I'm sure I can make some suggestions... most don't do what I do ... it's quite obsessive with me, I'm afraid...
Basically what I did - was to re-wire ...

Re: Centre console
Thanks Billy. That's great. This is why I love this forum.
Hey, if you're looking for something to do, maybe you can mass produce these and sell them to people like me who have no tools, no space to build and no time (thanks to kids and basketball)!!!

Re: Centre console
Thanks Billy, you're right - it looks awesome. I thought you might have put some sort of metal cover over it.
I'll see if I can find the specs.
Cheers,
Aaron.

Billy,
Have you just painted the timber? Or have you put something over the timber frame? It looks great. If you are able to post the specs it would be fantastic.
Cheers,
Aaron.

Re: Rusty EK,s Ute
Thanks for that Rusty. That's pretty much what I've done. I like the idea of the sleeve. I don't have a lathe at work to use; so I might have to be a bit more creative.
I love how even the chicken is having a quick look at your gearbox to see what needs to be done.
Good luck with getting back on the ...

Thanks Chris. Appreciate it. Maybe unwrapping her will get you excited again and back into it? I've done more work on my car in the last two weeks than I have in the last 8 months and it's been great. Can't wait to get it back on the road!!!

Malcolm,
I have asked about this on another thread, but just found this one and was wondering what you ended up doing with your door wiring?
Cheers,
Aaron

Rusty,
I'm putting remote central locking and power windows into my FB. I've got the mechanisms in, but was wondering how/where you ran the wires into the doors. I'm worried about turning my pillars into Swiss cheese by drilling holes and also concerned about crushing the cables when the doors are ...

Howdy all,
I'm still trying to get the boot popper working properly - I noticed that this amazing car has a boot popper and still appears to have the original lock in place. Can anyone advise how this has been done? I got a boot release solenoid but I can't get the cable to stay tight enough to keep ...
