thanks guys. POR15 looks like awesome stuff.
I'm confident that all the rust has been neutralized with the k+h converter, it'll just be a matter of filling the holes properly as you have said. I might investigate some of the mentioned products more....... cutting and welding looks inevitable ...

Fiberglass, Metal-tech or body filler?
I'm doing the floor in my ek, it's in really good nic and hasn't been repaired before. So far I have wire brushed the floor, prepsol'd and used K+H Rust convert and primer.
There are a few little holes (ranging from pinhead to 10 cent piece), not enough to weld in new pans, and they are few and ...

Brake booster vacuum hose - Grey
Has anyone got a pic or advice on the best way to hook up the vacuum hose from a remote brake booster to a grey motor? I assume it is a matter of modifying the tappet cover to resemble reds and blues etc. But was hoping there might be a better/easier way.

Brake Boosters - All models
I received my VH40 brake booster for my EK today. I just wanted to give the company a rap, I got it from Hydroboost and I am extremely happy with their service.
I reckon these guys are the last of the good old customer service we used to get back in the day. It's a shame that it's now a rarity. I ...

Alternative starter
Is there an alternative starter that can be used to replace the original starter on my grey motor? Either from another type of car or aftermarket.

Yep she's alamo beige. I think because the way the paint has gone, it changes colour depending on the weather. The plan is to paint it in either candy red or blue with a mother of pearl white roof. It's my first EK but I've owned a few HQs etc.

Our 61 EK Sedan
Thought I'd post some pics of our girl. Completely stock (except for the HR front end). I will be doing very minimal changes and trying to keep as original as I can. Looking at installing a brake booster, elec dizzy and just a general tidy up. She is unrestored and unmolested and in great cond for ...

Reco Boosters
G'day guys,
Long time reader, first time poster. I was looking at putting a booster on my EK (can be a little hairy at the moment). I'm pretty sure I have read mention of this company on here somewhere before, but Hydroboost in Victoria seem really good, so today I bought my VH40L booster and ...
