Flippin heck. hadn't realised how quick time has flown :shock:

Well, after a year of dramas, accidents and job losses im finally ready to actually start tackling the wagon.

have moved house now to a place with a much smaller garage so space is tight.

Had the same design drawn up for a couple of years now. although i did mine the old fashoin way with pencil and paper :) photoshop confuses the hell out of me :lol:

my wagon is stripped and awating the fabrication to start.

always wondered why no one moved the c pillar forward when 2 ...

Well after almost a year since my last post in this topic i've finally got some room in the shed to be able to start on it. first things will be the new inner and outer sills, new thicker crossmemers and custom flat floor.

Then the chopping and changing can begin........ muwahahahaha

In my tonner i run an external tank with a low volume pump to draw fuel from the petrol tank and feed it in. I then run a VL high pressure pump to the motor. Works great and no chance of the pump running dry.

Bought a kit from a 4WD conversion place here in dandenong. cost bugger all and was set up ...

Is there anything i can put between the subframe and firewall where they bolt to geather and where i have just repaired.Both surfaces will be painted but should thin rubber or some sought of sealant go between these two?

Anything non silicon based could be used, like sikaflex or butyl mastic. Any ...

hey mick when i started stripping my ute i thought oh shit i mite have blown 2 grand . the amount of rust it had but with some fresh metal and a welder its worth it , just dont give up

The old Holdens can get scary when you start stripping them. Luckily i only paid $500 for it so tackling the ...
