spare wheel bracket for Utes/Vans

What does the bracket that holds the spare wheel in place in utes and vans look like?
Can someone post a picture, so I can copy it

Ute spare wheel bracket & bolt (same head size as wheel nut) AFAIK used on HD,HR & possibly HK,HT,HG sedans & also HD,HR,EJ,EH utes & panelvans
