I have found a HP block that has the engine number M101*** - the bloke tells me its out of an EH S4 but it has a cable throttle setup on it so I am thinking maybe LC/J Torana ???

I am thinking of grabbing it even though I dont need/want it because there may be a restorer out there chasing it and I dont want to see it go into landfill - anyone know what it may be out of ???

from previous disscusions it can't be out of anything (originally) other than an early EH they were the only cars that had the 179 HP
don't know how you'de tell if it's an S4 engine or not some one like DR terry may know, if it's cheap enough and you have the room (which we know you do ) it's worth grabbing, going by ebay they're a bit hit and miss somme sell for seemingly silly money and others are cheap and don't sell
