hi guys and girls,
i am currently looking at what rubber kits are around for my ek sedan.
so far i've found:
clark rubber kit: $ 1483
ebay restorers paradise: $1355
rares: $not sure
spectrum: $1649 (not sure whats in the kit yet, asked them for a complete rubber kit, waiting on reply.)
I've heard on here somewhere that the rares don't close properly/easily.
anyone had experience with the others? do the clark kits have moulded corners? or are they just correct length strips of rubber?
any help or advice would be great.

I'm surprised Spectrum were so high.

Last time I spoke to them it was somewhere between 1400 and 1500.

I think Rares is in that vicinity as well.

Just about to purchase the rubber kit for my sedan mate.

Heard good wraps from Jim in the NSW FB/EK Club about this place,

http://www.scottsoldautorubber.com.au/343.009.htm

Jim mentioned they do a smaller door seal which fits alot better then the larger doors seals everyone else offers.

Cost is basically $1500.

thanks for the responses, i have decided to go with clark rubber after talking to one of the guys who works there. their kit is supplied by spectrum so its the same just a whole heap cheaper....... plus if for some reason somethings wrong with it i have a convenient store to walk straight in to to get fixed.
there has been a price rise since i first got the quote but i still only paid $1550 instead of $1600+
