Hi Just got a question or two about the vic club hopefully someone can help me out with :I joined the club back in november and so far yet to receive any newsletters
this is a little disapointing as this is one of the main drawpoints to the club, they have my address as I was sent a membership card and receipt upon joining. Also was the $60 fee supposed to buy a 12 month period or do all memberships need to be renewed at the end of the financial year.Any help would much appreciated, I was originally going to get down to the meeting but have had no time in the last few months cheers Deryck.

Hi Deryck, please PM me your details and I will chase it up for you
.
The way the fee is worked out is, you pay $10 joining fee plus the $50 membership fee which is $60, if you only have half a year left before the end of the financial year your fee for the next year should only be half ($25) for the whole year, Trev

Can anyone confirm that the "monthly newsletter" does exist? Is it delivered by email or post? I realise the committee members are volunteers and doing a fantastic job organising events such as the Nationals, but I was just wondering.... I joined 6 months ago, but haven't received anything, despite sending a few enquiries through this forum.

Ditto for me.
I've been a member since Jan, 2009. I've not received any newsletters. I understand most of what you need is on the forum anyway, but it would be good to get a Victorian flavour. I will try and make it to a meeting one week, but It's across town for me.
PS I saw the nationals in Bendigo fantastic collection. Great show.
Cheers, Graham

Hi Deryck
According to my records, you are indeed a paid up member, and according to the last few newletters emailed to me, your email address is on the list of recipients. You should have it. I Have checked your email and it is correct to what you put on the form, so maybe you need to check your email settings or your spam filter.

Hi Graham
You are on my list of paid members, I'll see that your email gets to the Editor's list.
Is it July yet?

Hello,
Are you able to join the club even if your car is not registered? I looked at the membership form and it has a space for Car Rego Number.
I am still in the process of finishing mine but after a visit to The recent Nationals, have finally got my bum in gear to finish and even booked accom at Bright????? My wife is still not convinced we will be there in the FB.
Cheers Paul

Welcome Paul, It's ok to join the club in fact you don't even have to have an FB or EK to be a member, just an interest in these cars. We have several members who are looking to buy a cars and by joining a club, increases the possibilities of finding one.
Regards
Bill
