does anybody have any tips on how or if you can refurbish the inside of tin mastercylinder resoviours

Hi Mick,
yes - but I've just about worn out this old thread....
you could give it the POR 15 treatment - brake fluid will do nothing to hurt this stuff and it will stick really well to any rust inside - make sure you use the Marine Clean prior - it should get anything the POR doesn't want to stick to....
just my thoughts...

cause the way the will look i thought tin resoviours would look good and i have a few around

Maybe a dip in a molasses bath, then use Rosco's tip. Should make them like new.

does anybody know wher i can find the formular for the molasses mix
have to try just filling them with molasses mix don't want the outside to look good
