Ok, how do people do their mexicans...
So far I think I have a large one on the front bench, it is tucked in and I have to keep re-tucking it every now n then. Would like it kinda permanently fixed. BUT HOW?

do some people run 1 blanket for the ass and another for the back?

I have a small blanket and it covers the back seat back well.... so i can get another one for the rear ass seat... that will work fine...

the front seat is pissing me off

For mine I used large Indian (horse style not so chicano) style blankets and turbed them into proper seat covers. I pulled of the side covers (steel panels, whatever they are called) and fitted the blanket like a seat cover, we then folded the sides around on the top and stiched them to make the top bit slide over the seat back. Then we did the same on the front of the seat to help hold it and stiched it too. All the stitching was by hand, it took her a while to do. We then fitted the side covers back on over the top of the blankets and cut some holes for the belts. We also allowed a little extra which we tuck in the gap between the top and the base. It moves a very very small amount but basically stays put. We also put on sime straps to help tie it up.

For the back we did something similar on the top back part and just tucked it under the base.


You can sort of we what we did in the pics... I think I've got a better one of the seat at work.

Mine are tucked in like yours J, looks a bit hokey but I have seen a few other ways of doing it including using wire to "stitch" it to the underside of the seat frame. I think I saw that on www.killbillet.com

pulled my seat out a few weeks ago for carpet so I may have to put that off for a while until im over dealing with bolting that bitch seat in.

Another question, mine is a camper seat btw. The knob thing on the drivers side - how do you remove the whole red panel with that in the way?

The knob that you refer to has a flat head screw driver grub screw below it. Make sure you use a left handed screwdriver on it, otherwise you will bugger it up
