I'm getting 3 inch whitewalls and want to paint my rims.
i've painted the spare white and think its too stark white.
i don't think red rims will look right with the Lillac and pearl white.
Not sure body colour will look right.
I'd love to see what the photoshoppers uot there can come up with.

I voted black.
Although some nice moon starbursts or similar would look nice also.

a darker pearl lilac for the rims would set the car off.
Or use a heavy flake...........

Chromies, I have just about had enough of the painted steelies look.
I started with nothing and still have most of it left.

Go silver!
Black just makes the car look like a late model "poverty pack" that's lost it's wheel covers

thought that might be the case, I need to get some bigger steelies and whitewalls instead of portawalls. If anyone knows where I can score some 14inch steelies in S.E Qld hit me up.

Rat138, Try looking for HG,HT rims. 6 cylinder rims fit standard front end. V8 rims should fit disc front ends.

Chromies are off the list guys as i can't afford to have the wheels plated and don't want late model "mags". i had 13 x 7 inch chromies with 50 profile wide tyres on it years ago.
It appears that so far majority of votes are for me to leave the wheels black and just add the whitewalls which may happen this weekend
