Post by Roob »

Hey guys if i put an ek that has normal registraion onto club registration is that a fairly simple process?

Also if i wanted to go back to normal registraion(in VIC) after being on club rego i wouldnt have to get rwc or anything like that?

Not entirely sure of the rules in Vic but in NSW you have to be a member of the club for 12 months and attend a minimum of 3 events (could be more) to put a car on club rego

Anyone is welcome to join the FB/EK club, car or not.
To get club reg we suggest you come to a few meetings, we can put you straight on club reg as long as you be an active member, which means coming to at least 2 runs and meetings per year, keep in mind if you don't be an active member we just don't re-sign your rego for the next year.
And if you get caught driving without a permit or club news letter stating where you are going you will cop a $500 fine for your trouble and have your rego cancelled. It is very much a trust thing, where if too many people from our club get caught driving without a permit we can lose our club plate privelages, Trev 8) .

When I rego'd my mustang on club rego all I did was join the aust street machine association. Don't have to worry about club meeting and all that stuff then.
