hi trev,
yeah am getting it all sandblasted, unfortunately cant do it all just yet as im having a bit of time off work with a broken arm so have to behave myself a little in the money area, but hopefully not to many more rust holes pop up got enough as it is. But i am one of the luckier ones who has a panel beater that lives next door, cant argue with that

Finally feels like its moving forward rather than just ripping bits off it. Can some of the enthusiasts/historians tell me where this seat patten comes from. took the seat cover off today and found it. Back seat is the original red with grey inserts but ive never seen this pattern before

I think that's a late FC design :?

which panel shop did yor stuff my mate works at blaches
the bottom of the guard still looks a bit funny but you won't see that unless yor laying under it, also looks to be a seem on the bottom of the guard where i'de say they've fitted a section, put some form of seam sealer in that as it looks like it'll be a trap for dirt
like stinky said about the seat i think it's FC

Those Guards have come up trumps hey , Its a good feeling to have good panels hanging around waiting for a body :)

PS I bet youve got good balance with those toes
