hey folks just a quick one, have got my wagon down to a rolling chassis but my rear left quarter panel has completely had it. Its missing about three inches off the bottom behind the wheel due to rust and the dog leg is almost completely rusted out. So my question is is it worth getting a panel beater to try and fix it or can i get a cut panel as no one seems to have this section anymore not even rares. Any advice and a general idea on price would be great. Turns out this wasnt just a quick one. Was going to put up some pictures but have no idea how

god they are F#%$KIN' C@$^K HEADS after ringing everybody including them we had to fabricate one on the wagon :x :x
they advertise things they don't have, then when you ring and ask about something they tell you they don't have something that they do have
on the plus side i saved $74

Yes mate ... they seem to line up well , comes down to the car also and its original shape. Can be hard with the rear wheel arch if its not original.

Just had a look myself and couldn't find 'em either although they were there a few months back from memory when I last looked.

I've got two of them in the shed ( sorry not for sale ) that still have the Rare spare part numbers on the labels so I'll have a look tomorrow and give you the listing numbers as written on them.

Might help perhaps??

You could also try Craig Vayne as he may also make them or can make them maybe.I'll find his number tomorrow as well.

I also noticed rares now list a replacement under floor cross brace repair section......... could have bloody used one of them a few months back myself instead of making one myself with my limited metal fabricating skills

Retro Rods and Restorations do rear quarters...have a look at http://www.fbekholden.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=587 their details are listed under Rust Repair Sections....

We've just fitted one of their outer sills to the EK wagon and am happy with the profile.

I'll probably end up buying one of their rear quarters as well when we get to that part of the wagon...
