RWC & Safety Certs

ANyone in WA sold a car to the eastern states before....
after some interest in the HG for sale coming from eastern states buyers the question of RWC and Safety Certs have appeared....which isn't a problem as the car is very good mechanically & structurally...but is there somewhere in WA or some forms we fill out for these as i'm not familiar with any.
any help would be appriciated...
