Hey Blokes\Fellas\Shielas

Just wondering if anyone can help me,

We want to strip the body of everything so to put it onto a rotessirie thingary.

So dont want any wheels or diffs or anything to that effect.

Is this easy to do, what is involved?

Can anyone help and shed a bit of light on my situation?

Also

How do you make one of these engine stand rotissiries?

Cheers

Rowan

Pulling them to bits is a piece of piss - putting them back together is the trick !!

Lots of swearing, sheared/rusty/stuck bolts, skinned nuckles, years and years of grease and dirt buildup all over the place

Otherwise a piece o' pee really...

Yeah mate, support the car at the front of the sills so the weight is off the front suspension , keep undoing things until it comes apart - its not rocket surgery !!

or brain science

Seriously though, the general order would be
- Hanging panels, bonnet, doors, boot, front guards.
- Engine out
- drop front end off
- sub frame off

Unlike a yank tank the Holdens have an intergrated chassis, ie the chassis is all welded from the firewall back.
