Trev,
What type of dissy are you actually wiring up, Electronic, Twin point, Standard Commodore Electronic, or aftermarket magneto style pick up.
Need to know before we can inform you.

Trev,
Hope these pics help. Just took these of Bev's donk, standard grey edition.

Note the Vacc advance unit is mounted under cap tower #4. Clockwise 1-5-3-6-2-4

Also connect the suppressor fly lead to the coil pos + terminal too. Its next to that bodgey blue crimp lug. eesh, i gotta fix that!

I had a look but I can't see the positive and negative signs on the coil, and there is about 4 or 5 wires going to the coil which may as well be 4 or 5 hundred

.
I have only 1 wire coming from the dizzy, 1 wire from the loom and 1 from the condensor thingy, Let me make this real clear, when it comes to wiring I AM A COMPLETE DUMMY

Its Simple Trev.
Exactly as Woodzy pics. I thought you were wiring something difficult.

The + and - might be hiding under the terminal connections.
