ANYONE GET A CALL FROM RYDGES????

Hi All, Did anyone get a call from Rydges Lakeside Canberra?? I got a call Yesterday saying how sorry they were that it wasnt up to standard . So did anyone get a free room aswell for they trouble's.. Cheers Mark
