can anyone suggest the easiest conversion to power steering for my fb,thanks.

Go to the gym, do weights and bulk up your arms !!!! :lol: :lol:

also try putting pizza cutters (or front runnes as their sometimes known) on the front and set the pressure at 40 p.s.i.

well........... you did say easiest :D

Good tyres, not too wide and a good front end alignment and you shouldn't need power steering... but if you do, go a power rack?

or EH's had power steering as an option it's rare and i'm guessing it would fit

In the mid 70's i had a HR prem with factory cross ram power steer.
Was a pain to stop it from weaping out of the seals. This was a common problem.

In the early 80's I fitted a Toyota Crown? power box into a HD

Had to cut into the side rail a small amount and plate this before fitting new crush tubes to mount the box, there was another mod from the pitman arm to the drag link? something small but can not remember that detail at the moment.
Adapted the power pump to the six cylinder and fitted the stock Toyota hoses.

Cut the stock column down and used the Toyota flex joint to join the two

many thanks guys, looks like i will be pretty busy the next couple of weeks,or years, sorting out exactly what i want to do with the engine, steerin etc.main concern is the body at the moment but i have taken in all the advice you have kindly provided.
