Hi,

Ive removed the windows from the EK today. I knew there would be rust behind the seals. Can anyone tell me if somebody makes new sections.

It's a pretty common place for them to rust on both windscreen.



What has everyone else done to fix these areas.

I have done that side - not as bad as yours, I at least had the inner edge of the intact so I had a guide to work from. Was a bit of effort to fabricate, but managed to do it with basic tools, and learned heaps doing it.

Thanks for the reply. Yeh I've started making the drivers side repairs. Looks like I'm going to have to make it in sections starting from the inside and working my way out.
