Hi, I am looking for a working Fb fuel gauge. Pretty sure my current one is dead as it reads full all the time.

Don't immediately blame the fuel gauge. The gauge will read "Full" if there is an open-circuit between the gauge and the sender, or if the sender is open-circuit. Disconnect the wire from the sender and connect it to a good ground. If the gauge then reads "Empty", the gauge is not at fault.

Maybe I should swap your fuel gauge for mine.
With 3 of the kids now driving, mine reads empty all the time.
Cheers,

. . . "mine reads empty all the time."
That's exactly what my parents said to me for about the first . . . oh . . . 25 years after I got my license.

I know what you mean. It is probably hereditary for me.
Makes me wonder though how Number 1 Son can manage to leave a car in the driveway with not even enough fuel in it to make it 500m to the Shell servo. His timing is perfect. I often come home from work to three empty cars and an empty mower fuel tin.
Cheers,
