I am in need of 1 full set of HOLDEN letters with pins for the bonnet EK.

They will be re chromed but would prefer decent ones if they are out there.

John Rayner at Lismore recently had some nos ones on gumtree. His prices are reasonable and good turn around. May be worth an enquire as he seems to be always digging out more stuff. Search Holden at Lismore on gumtree and you will get his number.

I wouldn't garuntee any of them are the same greg. The boot ones have little neoprene gaskets around the pins which helps differentiate them at a glance.

The E is the most different of the lot and easy to spot - one is open between the horizontal bits and one is filled in , rear full , front open from memory - but i could be totally wrong about that ......
I started with nothing and still have most of it left.

OK guys,

So was measuring and stuffing around with these letters today and what I have found is the pins are narrower width wise on the bonnet than the boot by about a 2mm.

As Blacky has said the E is also cut out and the pins on this letter are offset.

Looks like another patience game to get all these but that's ok it wont hold me up much. PFFT.

I'm still waiting on my die cast bits from the second chrome place I have tried so in total nearly 2 years and still no result.
