Bendix pads in HR front end

Post by thropzed »

Howdy, Anyone had any problems with brake pads in HR disc front end sitting loose and rattling like you've got a hand full of stones stuffed in ya hubcap? I've had a new front end installed with new calipers and after 10 weeks on the road it's started to rattle like the wheels goin ta fall off. They tell me they installed the best Bendix pads and that they don't have anti rattle springs like the hugs'n'kisses magna. Any ideas greatly appreciated.
Thanks Theo Z............

There should be factory silencer shims fitted with the pads.

If all else fails buy a can of anti-squeak and spray the back of the pads to thicken up the fitment. Nulon or CRC make it I think form memory.
