Yep, but only with two mounting bolts in use. Just might pay to check number of teeth on the starter pinion in comparison to be sure. A little edit here Trev. I may have used a red motor flywheel.....cant quite remember, but it was qrey gearbox. So it might be a no depending on pinions/ring gear.

Im sure the starter will fit in but teeth wont mesh so no good.
