Wouldn't do it to a show car, but I saw a guy from RACV simply jam a wedge of wood between the door and door frame and use some blue binding strap to grab the lock knob. I think he was an ex crim!

Ive used a straightened out coat hanger pushed through the door rubber to get keys out of the ignition on a VG compo ute! that was in coburg so know one even looked sideways.

Blue packing tape!

Get a piece about a foot long, fold it in half then push it through between the door rubber and the body next to the locking knob.

Then you should be able to make a loop inside the car that will sneak over the locking knob.

Pull it tight around the locking knob and lift it up.

Take your time and be patient.

Works every time.
