W.A. Club christmas party

Post by Blacky »

Everyone should have got an email , except Mick Lambie who is still in the dark ages     but if you didn't here is the details of our Christmas do -

Hi all

It's that time of year again...the annual Christmas catch-up. Obviously, its hard to find a date &/or time that suits everyone, but hopefully we can still get a good turnout of members and their cars. Thanks to Chill for organising this 8)

This year's details are:

Date: Sunday 14th December

Place: Deanmore Reserve, Westborough St, Scarborough

Time: 11am until 2pm (followed by a run up/down the coast for anyone that is interested)

RSVP: must be received by 12 noon, Friday 12th December for catering

The Club will be providing Subway platters and cool drinks for those attending, so RSVP's are essential. Partners and kids/grand kids etc are more than welcome (there is a small playground plus plenty of grass for the kids to play). We will have our shade structure erected on the day and there are some nice trees around the reserve to provide additional shade. So just bring your picnic chairs/rugs/etc.

There is street (verge) parking available around the reserve, plus some side-by-side parking on the north-east corner (Bazaar Tce/Harvest Tce), so the cars should be well protected.

After the Christmas lunch, there will be a cruise up/down the coast for anyone that is interested. This will be pretty casual and we will finalise the details on the day, based on numbers etc.

If you need any additional information, please don hesitate to contact me via return email or on 0409 940 068.

Looking forward to a great turnout.

Regards

Chris
