WHICH DIZZY TO USE with pertronix ignitor

G Day FB/EKer's,
I have an engine stamped 222972, with block number 7400479 and head number 7409457, with this info, I assume I have a 132 originally fitted to an FJ ? (I am rebuilding an FB, the engine came with the car less components)
In regards to the electrical system I have the following components;
original 12v generator and 12v starter motor (stripped, rebuilt and tested)
I have the following distributors to strip and rebuild
VJU6BR36 (FC/FE)
VJU6BR41 (FB/EK)
VJU6BR50 (EK/EJ)
If I install the pertronix ignitor can I use any of the above distributors or install it in the VJU6BR36 (FC/FE) only.
The reason i ask is that I read this article (http://edzholden.webatu.com/fj/technic10.htm) on distributors, basically saying not to chop and change components when rebuilding or installing on specific engines as the distributors have subtle difference in timing etc.
