Are fb van and station sedan lower tail gates the same

Hi guys,
As heading states I am wondering if all lower tail gates are the same - vans, wagons, utes and FB, EK.

I am in need of a good lower tail gate to complete my fb van resto, out skin is perfect but as with most the inside around the hinges is pretty much beyond repair.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks Mark

Utes and vans are a little different at the top corners, the vans have a cut out to suit the rubber seal.

Thanks guys,

Looks like I have found a reasonable condition ute tailgate in Adelaide, many thanks to Scott.

I assume to adapt a ute tailgate to van wont be to difficult.

The cost of a reasonable inner skin, freight, a new outer skin, assembly and prep for paint will certainly add up but to have a tailgate that is all steel compliments the rest of the build.

Thanks again Scott.

Mark
