A 3/8"AF flare nut spanner.

Some aftermarket wheel cylinders are fitted with 10mm hex bleed screws too.

Cheers guys,
in the end I had to remove the cylinder, grind 2 surfaces of the bleed screw, flat then it budged with an 8mm spanner. My rear shoes are cracked and glazed and some of the lining is missing. I have not seen replacement shoes on offer on the Oz sites, is this because it is general practice to reline them?

Usually a slow moving part for most brake joints so they don't stock them these days. Generally they are one off relines.

Hi again guys,
not done anything about my dodgy brake shoes yet, does anyone know if the same pattern were used over here, maybe in the Cresta or Victor?
cheers Andy
