hi! all i found this after seeing an advert for a film called mystery road in the west aust news paper ,so looked on there web site http://www.cinefestoz.com and checked out the trailer for the film and spotted this fb van used as a coroners meat wagon.its also on youtube just search mystery road 
looks like it would be a good aussie film has plenty of of well known actors.
