Gearbox crossmember for tri-matic?

Post by VS355 »

I'm just wondering if there is a crossmember I can use to bolt the trimatic in my Ek. Or is it the sort of thing I will need to make?

Behind a Red or Grey?

Red motor, make one.

Grey motor you don't need one, the rear engine mounts support the box.

Yeah its behind a red. I haven't found anything on the net, so im guessing fabing one is the only option.

I've answered a similar question before, thought I'd answered this one but obviously didn't.

If you do a search on here you should find a pic of what I did. May even be in my build thread. As others have said you will need to make one.
