If you can, find some original spats. If you buy the new ones off ebay make sure the tabs you have to bend up at the rear are located correctly and spot welded on strong. One of mine broke off when they got painted and another when it was on the car. 
- new spot weld then more new paint. Im not saying they are no good , they look good on, just make sure they are right before paint.
