Gorgeous. Late 40's to early 50's designs had the best lines if you ask me

Boys took me for a hot lap after the FB EK meeting wednesday night. What a nice smooth comfortable car with bags of room inside. SunnyTim has Fluid Drive transmission shifting down to a fine art also. 40s cars are more like a home on wheels.

Happy Dayz.

What's a semi-hydro-fluid gearbox? Is that like a 1940's flappy-paddle?

I might have some history on this car.
Been informed a woman in Tumut NSW had a 1947 DeSoto in army green she was having restored.
My informant wanted to buy the car but was refused.
All I know......
