hi marko
mate iv made a few for people on the forum doc bob was one
i use the bottom corner section of a front sreen mould
just simply cut it with a 1mm cut off blade
it will give you around 48mm in length
these pieces are allready enlarged to fit over the moulding i
il have a look at the workshop tomorrow see if i have any more left

Even stopped water leaking in through the screen seal!

Thanks heaps for your help guys, I have come across so many hurdles over the last 18 months, big and small - and never has one of my questions gone unanswered on this forum.

Thanks to all those who offer their advice to the less experienced like myself.

PAUL, I fly out tomorrow to Cairns to do some final touches on the van, test drive and register - after 12 years off the road - you reckon i'm excited!!!

I do have 2 spare corners in Cairns so I will be able to act on your advice and cut one up - if anyone else needs one let me know, as long as I dont screw up the first cut there will be 3 others for those in need.

Thanks again guys, looking forward to taking my van for a strap and getting it to WA.

Cheers Mark
