Rarest & Most Valued Parts

I have decided to try and get a few spares for "Pa's Ute" for later down the track. Unfortunately, being relatively new to the game I'm a little unsure as to what spares would be the best to collect/track down.
I'm not talking about accessorising, more parts that are needed.
