Hi Gals and Pals,

I am involved in an upcoming feature film set in 1960 rural Queensland.
To cut a long story short - We will be filming a promotional short in Rosewood near Ipswich.
There are a few scenes that we will be requiring the use of some classic holden cars.
Filming of these scenes will be around the second week of December dates and times to be announced shortly.
We will require around 6 FB Holden cars presentable condition, either sedan, wagon, ute. The promo is volunteer work but a great opportunity
to get some great photos or filming with other cars of that period in a driving sequence through Rosewood's main street where
the shooting will take place. We hope to have the shot filmed and sorted within hours so any assistance from anyone willing to help out would be greatly appreciated.
The actual filming for the feature is likely to commence April next year where we would once agin be asking for assistance with vehicles, however in that time a fee will be paid for those
who would like to assist.
The promo will also involve some extras walking down the main street etc....so those that are interested we would ask if you could dress for the occasion
to help with the overall look of that period and feel free to bring some friends along if they are also prepared to dress in the late 50's attire.

Anyone interested please advise and more details can will be forthcoming.

Appreciate any responce.

Cheers,
Shaun.

Hi Tim,

We are locking in the 9th December Sunday.

Will need 6 or 7 FB or EK sedans, utes, wagons fairly stock looking would be great.
Time would be mid morning at Rosewood main street.
The Street will be closed off for the promo shoot, so a great opportunity for some period looking shots with extras in the fashion etc for the album.
There will be other period vehicles also.
The owners of the vehicles can get dressed up for the occasion in period atyle get up that would be fantastic.

Hook up with us on Facebook - Visit Thunder Road - The Movie.

Cheers,
Shaun.

Hey Tim,

Just a thought, maybe a club run would be a good idea for the shoot, that's just a suggestion.
Let me know what you require from me to assist in making this happen, and I will be happy to oblige.

Cheers,
Shaun.
