HOW TO FIX SEAM ON FRONT BENCH SEAT?

Anyone got any good ideas, an upholsterer a few years ago said if he re-stitched what was there it would just rip again , he said to maybe insert a red strip but id rather it look how it used to
can you buy the red flek stuff from anywhere?

Hi Kynan,
Just had some seats done for an FC, Material was sent from the states & repainted with trim paint ( dark blue with flek) before sewing.
The seats come up a treat,
I am sure the paint come from Eastern Paint Supplies (VIC) and can do most trim colours.
I can get full details if it helps.
