This is a original 1961 EK holden special with 66,000 genuine miles, The car was purchased by my father john robert bonomini in Nov 2009 for $12,500, It had 66,500 when purhased from a local family in the area where my father lived, He drove it 94miles from the previous owners farm to the service station for the roadworthy then drove it back to the farm, The car was then stored instore the house in our old bedroom see above image from when it was inside the house, sadly my father passed away in Late dec & the car is now been passed onto its new owner Justin john bonomini.

I have only driven the car a few times so far as it had been in storage for the past 2 years & only recently came home to me to put back on the road, it has normal rego due to not currently in a club, how ever i do plan to find one & enjoy the car for many years to come.

i will post some more details soon, im new to the forum & this above msg is a letter i wrote & displayed at the 2011 gold coast car show recently

G'day goldcoastr , welcome to the forum mate , thats a beautiful bit of kit you have there  when I was reading your intro I was expecting to hear it was for sale at the bottom of the blurb - kudos to you for hanging onto her
I started with nothing and still have most of it left.

Hi Justin, great to see the old EK again. I haven't seen it since you father purchased the car. I am saddened to hear of his passing.
