When up today with my mate Graham to strip the barn find
and obtain the interior trim.
God what a mess!..

Anyway here's some pics because I know your all waiting to see the car.
Reddo's in some as well! 8)

Wait till ya see the rust..I never wont to see it again..

This car had had a accident sometime in it's life, all the signs were there.
Inner guard bolts were painted and the passenger side moulding was not attached correctley.
Over spray in places it should not have been.

Yo...
A sad ending for another old FB,,,,
The boys did it tough down the yard... 100% humidity and 33 deg.....
Rain ??? what Rain ??

Glad to see a lot of useable bits getting saved.

My biggest problem when it comes to saving bits is that i dont realise just how hard they are becoming to find..
I grew up with these old Holdens and when iwas younger they could be found laying around everywhere.
I find nowadays i would rather just source the bits i need when i need them rather than hoard great mounds of stuff and find that i will never use them. Thats why i am happy to let others come and pick over the leftovers of the stuff i dont need...
Plus a few bucks back in the pocket to cover the purchase price and trailer hire is a bit of a sweetner too... 8) .

The scappys have been notified that there is a car to collect at my address. They said they would be onto it some time this week.
if someone sees something they want on the old ribcage of the car then ya better ph me asap.... 0401070541.
I will call the scrap bloke and put the pick up on hold... But you would need to collect what you want asap as the neighbourhood kids have been climbing all over it.. i keep hunting them off... but they kept coming back.. have put lime green tape all around the car with "Keep off - danger"on it.
Last thing i need is some clown suing me for letting thier kid carve himself up on the rusty bits...
I want it gone.

Wayne... please pm me your address... i got this mould support'/clips off the front doors this morning. will stick em in the mail once i have an address.
Regards
Reddo.
