Hi Guys & Girls,
I`ve been reading the FBEK Forum for a while now & I`ve got to say,I`m hooked!!!
I`m a new member so I would like to post some pics of my stock EK Wagon.
I bought her in 2006 off a little old lady that told me to take good care of her.
It hasn`t been regeristered since 1995 & I`m the second owner.
It has had a flow coat some time in the mid eighties.
Anyway, hope you like the pics. Will post pics as build is in process...
John

I wouldn't call it butchering more like improving. Anyway most things can be reversed.
Nice clean looking wagon though. Good score.

Thanks Guys,
Devilrod is right,I`m not going to butcher it,I`m going to improve it!!!
Its taken me 5 years to decide what to do,I know alot of people would like to see it stock but my plans are to keep the car for a long time so I`m building it the way I`ve dreamt about.I didn`t want to start with a rust bucket.I`m not touching the trim or panel/paint.
Pics of build will be posted soon...

Looking forward to watching this one, ace looking wagon

starting with an original unrestored wagon as good as this will save you a lot of time and $$$$$$ in the long run.
Good to see you are working to a plan, I've seen so many cars started that are going to be built to whatever the current trends are but half way through trends change (Remember monochromatic paint, velour trim and tunnel rams) now its "blown to be known" in otherwords a supercharger is compulsory in some circles
As far as modifying such an original wagon, its not that hard to workout:
Your car + your money = Build it however you want
