Anyone made there own door cards?
Found some stuff on the net and it doesn't look too hard.-

Yes, but I kind of make a living from it :ebiggrin:
1. Don't use Masonite, too brittle. Trimboard is readily available from daleys.com.au, 2 sheets will get you a set of door trims @ $20 a sheet.
2. I'd recommend not glueing the foam over the board edges, trim it flush.
3. Mylar is what you are after, in Adelaide "Fitch the Rubber Man" stocks it.
