hahaha cherz for the replies guys, glad you like it. This is going to be a very slow restoration trying to juggle work, uni( only one more year), and car time. i am giving my self about 3-4 years so progress pics will be few and far between but hopefully by the end it will all be worth it!
as for the trailer, its my uncles he had to get it custom fabricated for his cat, which normally lives in the water but has to take it out to work on and move it around, mainly used for trips to rotto with his missus. He has another boat that is easier to move around and tow for fishing.
And also as i said if anyone has any tips, pointers or links to help me out with this restore ( especially repairing the rust) that would be great.
cherz Jason

Ah, so you're a WA lad.
If you are anywhere near Secret Harbour, then I'd be more than happy to help out.
One piece of advice. Take heaps of photo's as you go so that you can see how everything goes back together again, and label everything as you put it in bags. Put mounting screws & bolts loosly back into the parts that they go with and store together. Don't throw anything out until you've finished. Buy a car manual.
Actually, as another 21st present, I have a spare original manual that you can have. PM me and I'll arrange to get it to you.
Also, seriously, marry the girl.
