Yeah tin is king I'm afraid when it comes to collectable toys. Its about the right money for that.
There was an auction at the beginning of the year in new york for the late malcom forbes. Some of his tin toys went for hundreds of thousands of dollars. Ive been collecting tinplate landspeed record cars airplanes and speedboats for almost 25 years.
