Dashboard Cluster and Speedo Help

I have a question for you good people.
I finally have had a few minutes from my hectic life
to check a few things on the FB I recently brought.
Ahhh a few problems!
The speedo in the car has a hand on it instead of a orange dial
See below..Be out of a FC wouldn't it?
Now to confuse me more I have two spares that came with the car.
If you notice on the first pic has a patten around the blinker lights
and the second one hasen't.
Which one is for a FB?
