For those of you that have sucessfully installed bailey channel did you put it in first, then the inner and outer felt moulds (That go against the glass) or the felt THEN the Bailey channel ?

I have destroyed one bailey channel and 1 set of felts. I dont want to destroy anymore !
I have rare spares ones.

Like Trev said, baileys, then belts. Another tip. Get yourself some 3-4mm thick plywood, a square about 100mm on the side with rounded corners. Use this to gently press the channels unto tho door. This will ensure you don't crush the channel if you are pressing on the stainless bits. That stuff is way too expensive to wreck!
