so how many of you end up going? started out looking like shit but turned out a good day although cold. sooner or later i'll put up some photos. Oh parisian i can tell you you missed nothing re: the HAMB cars what a waste of space must be the slowest things on earth, people were saying they were the nostalgia drags version of junior dragsters

hey ratbox, they sure looked like they were having the best bang for the buck there!
Budgets under $5g's, brand new cars with all those brand new car problems, pre '62 flatheads and inliners, manual boxes..... seemed like good times to me.

yeah but not very entertaining to watch
, a couple of mates and me were talking of building one using an early chev 6 and floging all of them
. i think that is why they don't alow red 6's they wouldn't see which way they went

i know all this stuff i used to own an A model roadster/pickup so i've done the hot rod thing and i know the guys that own the HAMB cars, all i'm saying and it's not just my point of veiw that they were not very entertaining especially when i know a few of those guys have some very kool and fast cars 1, '32 coupe blown and injected hemi another blown sidevalve in '32 roadster, i'm not arguing with you guys just stating a point of veiw but i do know about these cars thats why the comparison to junior dragsters some people are interested but others are bored to death by them

the mates rat rod is from st marys and trailered it (but you probably knew that) but he does have plans of getting it registered and suprisingly it isn't to bad to drive (a ittle rough on bumps)
