Just got a letter and site refund for Ballarat Swap 2012.
Letter states that due to circumstances beyond their control the swap has ceased.
Read the letter a few times before it sank in.
Go figure???

), so I may just be reading into things more than I should. But then again I'd love to be wrong. Looks like the end of another great swap....Council take over it'll be a giant trash and treasure.
